– Here at Rainier, we take pride in training our techs how to work safely and properly out in the field. we require our guys to always wear a harness and rope while working on a roof, remaining OSHA complainant at all time while on the job.
If your house was built in 2005 and beyond, it is code that your roof has installed permanent anchors. In the case your roof doesn’t have permanent anchors installed, Rainier has a solution to install a temporary anchor so our crew can always be working safe and the customer can be worry free.
Here is a pic of our temporary roof anchor. It is an adjustable anchor that will fit over any pitch roof. It’s OSHA approved and allows our guys to be anchored in and roped up from the second we step foot on a roof.
This is what a permanent anchor looks like. Again, builders code that these be installed on any home built in 2005 or later.
